Entendez par « perçu », moral des troupes et par mesure « taux d&#8217;absentéisme » par exemple. Or comme les budgets sont serrés, l&#8217;acquisition de clients coûte cher. Le moyen de limiter les coûts est de se concentrer sur la rétention, le cross-sell et l&#8217;up-sell. Ce qui va permettre cela c&#8217;est justement une expérience client de qualité. </span></p>

C&#8217;est pour cette raison qu&#8217;il faut mettre en place un programme de satisfaction clients (VoC &#8211; Voice of the Customer program).
